Are you ready for a transformation?

 

If you said YES, this project is for you! Why am I calling it a project? Well, a project is something that is "carefully planned and designed to achieve a particular aim." I am hoping these next four weeks will truly transform our bodies from the inside out (mind, body, & spirit), and not just be a short-term challenge with temporary results.

Starting January 28th and going through February 25th, we’re going to "revamp" our bodies from the inside out. We are going to begin by feeding our bodies the food it craves, flooding it with much-needed nutrients. We will also "detox" our skin/hair and even talk about the items we're using in our homes. Plus we will address mindset issues and take positive emotional steps to help us create lifelong healthy habits!

 

And it’s going to be fun! 🎉

 

If this sounds overwhelming … don't worry! This program will give you EVERYTHING you need to create a healthy lifestyle in a supportive, encouraging environment. You’ll know exactly what you should be doing, and you’ll be getting valuable support along the way!

You will receive the following:

  • Success manual filled with plenty of tips to stay on track

  • Portion control document
  • Weekly meal guides
  • Grocery lists
  • Recipes
  • Goal sheet
  • Nutrition swaps
  • Daily inspirational emails
  • Before and after body measurements (will be done at camp)
  • A complete body composition analysis (also done at camp)
  • Access to private Facebook group so you can ask questions and/or share your successes and struggles with others

  • Unlimited access to bootcamp (see class times here)

    • Individualized attention in a group setting

    • Group accountability and coaching

    • New and fresh daily workouts (M-F)

    • Mix of strength, cardio, and core

    • Fun, friends, and a fit body!

  • Weekly workouts sent to those who aren't available for camp

Are there any prizes? YES! - because Friendly Competition helps push us towards our Goals!

  • The winner who loses the most body fat percentage will get 3 free weeks of bootcamp after the project is over (if local) OR $100 worth of healthy supplements!

What's the cost?:

  • Non-members who are coming to bootcamp: $99 (less than $4 per day!)

  • Non-members who are not local or attending bootcamp: $69 (less than $2.50 per day!)

  • Current members: $39 (less than $1.50 per day!)

What to bring to each camp:

  • Yoga mat

  • Pair of dumbbells (if you have them)

  • Comfortable workout clothes/shoes

  • Bottled water
