Our fitness boot camp incorporates a mix of strength, cardio, and high-intensity interval training (HIIT) designed to produce optimal results in minimal time. Each class is 45 minutes long and will focus on different muscle groups.

What to bring to each camp:

  • Yoga mat

  • Pair of dumbbells (if you have them)

  • Comfortable workout clothes/shoes

  • Bottled water
