HEALTHY HABITS     CHALLENGE

Are you wanting to get healthy and lose weight but have a hard time finding the time, energy and motivation? Keep reading!

 

We want to help you start your summer lighter, stronger, and feeling better than ever. Studies show that people adhere more to exercise done in groups, so join our Healthy Habits Group Challenge!

 

You'll make new friends, be inspired to work harder than you might on your own, and have encouragement and motivation to keep you going! Time will fly by as you improve your health and boost your mood! 😀

Team Points will be awarded for the following:

  • Attending 3 bootcamp workouts each week 💪🏻 Choose from:

    • 5:30am-6:15am → Monday, Wednesday, or Friday

    • 5:30am-6:15am → Tuesday

    • 6:20-7:05am → Monday, Wednesday, or Friday

  • Checking into Facebook as a team for bootcamp

  • Walking/running 3 miles as a team each week 🏃‍♂️🏃🏻‍♀️

    • NOTE: You can walk or run all miles at once or split up however you'd like, but ALL members must be present

  • Completing 2 bonus workouts each week (can be individual or team - the group runs do NOT count as bonus workouts)

  • Logging the following information on daily/weekly logs:

    • Eat 1g/kg of body weight in protein each day (divide your weight by 2.2) 🥩

    • Eat 7 servings of vegetables each day 🥕

    • Drink 64oz+ of water each day 💧

    • Eat less than 100 calories of sugar daily (25 grams, or 6 tsps) 🍫🍷

    • Get 7+ hours of sleep each night 😴

    • Get weighed before/after the challenge (will be done at camp)

    • Stretch for 1 hour total every week (individually)

  • Recruiting a non-camper team member (earn BIG points!)

Duration:

  • 4 Weeks (Starting May 1st & Ending May 31st)

Challenge Costs & Options:

  • $49/participant (includes bootcamp!) - new members only

  • $20/participant - current campers
