(4-Week Group Challenge)

Are you wanting to lose weight and get healthy but have a hard time finding the time, energy and motivation? Keep reading!


We want to help you start your summer lighter, stronger, and feeling better than ever. Studies show that people adhere more to exercise done in groups, so join our Spring into Summer Group Challenge! You'll make new friends and be inspired to work harder than you might on your own - time will fly by as you improve your health and boost your mood! 😀

Not to mention...summer will be here in just a few short weeks and that means wearing swimsuits, shorts and tank tops on vacations, at beaches or in pools!

Team Points will be awarded for the following:

  • Attending 3 bootcamp workouts each week 💪🏻 Choose from:

    • 5:30am-6:15am → Monday-Thursday

    • NEW! 6:30am-7:15am → Monday, Wednesday, Friday

  • Checking into Facebook for bootcamp

  • Walking/running 3 miles as a team each week 🏃‍♂️🏃🏻‍♀️

    • Can walk or run all miles at once or split up but ALL members should be present

  • Completing 2 bonus workouts each week (can be individual or team)

  • Recruiting a non-camper team member (earn BIG points!)

  • Consume/get and log all information (more details to come):

    • 1g/kg of body weight in protein each day 🥩

    • 7 servings of vegetables each day 🥕

    • 64oz+ water each day 💧

    • 7+ hours of sleep each night 😴

    • Get weighed before/after the challenge

    • Weekly stretching

  • Duration:

    • 4 Weeks (Starting May 7th & Ending June 3rd)

  • Challenge Costs:

    • $49/participant (includes bootcamp!) - new members only

    • $20/participant - current campers

  • Now Onto the Prize! 💰

    • The team with the most points will win $150 total ($50 per person) and a FREE Health and Soul Fitness T-Shirt or Tank

    • The team with the most weight lost collectively (up to 15lbs/person) will win $90 total ($30/person) and a FREE T-Shirt or Tank
