Sweet or Salty?

Most of us crave one or the other, or one and the other 😉. I love salty stuff - chips, popcorn, salted nuts. And although I would choose salty over sweet, I also love a little sweet something.

So what's a fitness-pushing girl to do? Find healthy, satisfying alternatives! I am going to share with you 2 recent recipes that met that definition for my salty & my sweet. They are going to take the place of chips & cookie dough (yes I have been known to eat it before it is cooked) 🤭. I have never gotten sick, but no worries, this one does not have raw eggs. It is made to be eaten raw!
