5 Reasons to Join a Challenge

Updated: Apr 26, 2019

calendar

UPDATE - This challenge is no longer available BUT we have a new Healthy Habits Challenge starting May 1st!

It's January 20th...we have finished 3 weeks of January! How does that make you feel? If you feel a little bummed because you are not where you were hoping to be by this time, you are not alone. I feel the same way. So we have a few options for moving forward at this point:

  1. Trash our goals and determine to start again next year.

  2. Keep saying we will do better next week (my personal top pick 😉)

  3. Make a short term plan that we can actually succeed in and then extend it into your year (hint - most successful choice!)

goals

Now you may be thinking that you don't want to do another quick fix that only lasts for a month and then everything goes back to status quo. Great! I don't want you to either. I want you to change not only your month, but your life! We have to start somewhere..and now is a great time to start!

In case you were wondering, you can do this challenge whether you are local or far away. So no Excuses! If you still need a little convincing, I am going to share with you my top 5 reasons for offering this Project, which coincide with my top 5 reasons you will want to participate!

change

  1. A Challenge/Project gets us going! We have a start and stop date. We know we can be disciplined and strong for 28 days, right?

  2. We will have extrinsic motivation until our intrinsic motivation kicks in! Goals, Prizes, Accountability group, and daily motivation to name a few(these could all be a list of extra reasons to join!)

  3. You will receive delicious healthy recipes that will nourish and satisfy you. In fact, here is a teaser of one you will love!

  4. This Project will focus on our whole being, not just weight loss! We will talk about how to take safely take care of our bodies, our minds, and our homes.

  5. You are going to be a winner just for participating! Then we will talk about how to not only sustain your progress, but continue to get healthier for the rest of 2019!

Remember, we want to look back on 2019 as the year of personal growth, not as a year of regrets. Join me in our 28 day Project to Jumpstart your Journey!
