I just thought I'd share a small glimpse of what my morning bootcamp class looks like at Health and Soul Fitness....it's fun! I love my job and these people make it worth getting up before 5am for! In case you are wondering where we meet, we are fortunate to be able to use a local church to host these early classes - so rain or shine we have somewhere to workout (soooo...no excuses!)!

Not to mention pull-ups on the pull-up bar, timed mile runs, farmer carries around the parking lot, and lots of other fun activities...ALL BEFORE THE SUN COMES UP! ☀️ Followed by stretching...
